The CBS trailers are manufactured with welded squared or rectangular steel tubes. All the elements are adjustable to allow a perfect balance of the whole (boat + trailer) and a perfect position of the boat on the trailer. All our CBS trailers have received the CEE94/20 homologation and our straight towbars are homologated  Europe.

 

Motorboats
Your leisure trailer for boats up to 390 kg. These launch trailers are made with a line of V-rollers
in the central axle and sets of rollers on the sides.

To make launching easier, up from the model T4M, trailers are tilting . All trailer elements (axle + frame, chassis, towbar, rollers) are adjustable (simply requiring a 17 spanner) in order to be the most suitable with all kind of boats and to ensure high safety.

Heavy boats
Trailers of high robustness with a line of V-rollers in the central axle and sets of rollers on the sides, with single, double or triple axle(s) for boats up to 3 tonnes maximum.

These models, braked(with auto-reverse) up from the T6F, are tilting trailers, and the adjustable frame + axle ensure safe driving. These trailers are also equipped with an electrical system easy to use and compact and with a plug on the mudguard which avoid the connecting system to be in contact with salt water.

Reminder:
The strongest part of a hull is its centre, that’s why we make this part lying on our V-rollers central axle. On the sides, the boat is stabilised by the single or double rollers sets and also maintained by the winch and the bow snubber. This way, all conditions are granted to drive with stability and safety.

Multiroller motorboats
Multiroller trailers have a chassis "Cradle" shape, on which we increased the numbers of rollers in order the hull of your boat is much more sustained. This way, this line of rollers sets make the launching much more easy.  
The innovating point on this range of trailers is our folding light system : when launching, the arms on which the lights are assembled turn backside on the front of the trailer (no need anymore to remove the lighting board)

Small boats
These trailers are designed for fishermen and people who like to sail on lakes and rivers.

This range has a keel roller on the back and 2 very long carpeted bunks on which the boat is lying which is the best way to avoid the hull to be damaged.

Inflatable boats
Trailers for inflatable boats. Our models are equipped with a central axle of V-rollers and two half-moon rubber pads on the front with drop-legs for models P1M, while on the P4M and P6M models, the side fittings are replaced by multiroller ramps to support the fenders. Up from the P4M, trailers are tilting, making launching easier. The frame + axle is adjustable on all our models for maximum safety.

Canoes Kayaks
As CBS company is located near  the Gorges de l’Ardèche, we have obviously developed a range of road trailers for canoes and kayaks easy to use and very solid for a regular use.

These trailers consist of a hot-dipped galvanised tubular chassis and 2 spar racks with crosspieces attached with stowage rings. They are equipped with a jockey wheel and lighting boards, and can be fitted with cargo boxes as an option.

Sailing boats, keeled yachts and catamarans
Our trailers for sailing boats and keeled yachts are equipped with a keel support fixed on the frame which can be adjusted to ensure a good stability on the road, with 4 to 6 vertical support ended by rubber boards and also with an adjustable V-shape snubber on the front.

The lighting board is divided into 2 parts easily removable connected to a plug on the mudguard, avoiding connecting system to be in contact with salt water. "Keel adaptation for a draft of 0.80 m or more".

Trailers for catamarans are equipped on the sides with width- adjustable supports and a post support. The models T1V and T4V are used for sailing dinghys.
